This document presents the Change Management Framework for the Zambian Public Service. It provides a standardised and structured approach to initiating, analysing, designing, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives within Public Service institutions.

TRAINING CURRICULUM

The Zambia Public Service Change Management Framework-Curriculum has been developed by the Government to facilitate training to all Public Service Workers through the implementation of the Zambia Public Service Change Management Framework. 

tOOLKIT

The Zambia Public Service Change Management Toolkit is a comprehensive resource designed to support public sector institutions in effectively navigating and implementing transformative changes.

cOMMUNICATION STRATEGY

The Communication Strategy is designed to support the transformative goals of the Zambia Public Service Change Management Framework (ZPSCMF) to facilitate a modern, efficient, and responsive public service.

tRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS

This Training Needs Analysis (TNA) report presents the findings of a comprehensive
assessment conducted to evaluate the current competencies and training gaps within the Zambia Public Service Change Management Framework (ZPSCMF).
